Retro Phlair is the home of one-of-a-kind wearable apparel. All items in our Official Phlair Merchandise Collection are custom made and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items processed in our Custom Phlair Request Collection are custom made and made to order and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review product descriptions and other details before completing your order. Custom-made items that have been thoroughly examined prior to shipping. This policy ensures that each customer receives a unique and personalized product that meets their requirements before it leaves our premises. Our commitment is to provide exceptional custom-made products that meet or exceed our customers' expectations.

⚡️ PHLAIR BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY:
**NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.
WE UNDERSTAND CLOTHING ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6.retrophlair.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a discount code sent via email.
⚡️ SHIPPING POLICY:
We use USPS and UPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $100. All orders require a processing time of 2-3 business days and shipped out (Monday-Friday), after the order is processed it can take up to 2-8 business days or sooner to be delivered. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
⚡️ TRACKING POLICY:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected delivery date. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777.
